Practice Team

Managing Partner

Chris Watson.

The Managing Partner serves as the central business leader, overseeing the operational and strategic direction of the practice. Their main goal is to ensure the right resources—people, systems, and technology—are in place to deliver high-quality patient care efficiently.

This role is complex and encompasses several key responsibilities. The Managing Partner manages all of the business aspects of the practice, from financial management and human resources to premises, equipment, and IT. They are responsible for making sure the administrative team, GPs, and other medical professionals have the support they need to deliver patient services effectively.

Ultimately, the Managing Partner acts as the vital link between the clinical and business sides of the practice. By overseeing the day-to-day operations and helping to develop extended services, they allow the medical team to focus on their primary role: providing excellent patient care and enhancing the overall patient experience.
