- Car Parking: On-site general car parking is available for patients arriving by car.
- Disabled Parking: Dedicated accessible parking bays are located close to the main entrance for Blue Badge holders.
- Cycle Parking: Secure cycle parking is available on-site for those traveling by bicycle.
Building Access and Facilities
- Step-Free Access: The entrance and all patient areas feature step-free access to accommodate those with mobility points or pushchairs.
- Wheelchair Access: The building is fully accessible to wheelchair users, with wide corridors and clear turning spaces.
- Disabled WC: Specially adapted, accessible toilet facilities (Disabled WC) are available on-site.
Communication and Sensory Support
- Induction Loop: A hearing induction loop is fitted at our reception desk to support patients who use hearing aids. Please switch your hearing aid to the ‘T’ setting.
- Signing Service: British Sign Language (BSL) signing services can be arranged for your appointments. Please let us know when booking so we can facilitate this.
- Braille Translation: A Braille translation service is available for our practice information and patient documents upon request.
