We know that staying well is about more than just a quick visit to the doctor. Sometimes, you need extra support for big life challenges, long-term health worries, or just a friendly face and a warm drink.
That’s why we are so pleased to introduce you to our Health and Wellbeing Team.
We are here to offer you practical help and support right here in our local area. Think of us as your friendly guides who can help you navigate different types of support. We want to make sure you get the care you need to live well.
What We Can Help You With
Our team is dedicated to supporting you with some of the trickier parts of life and health. We use plain language and focus on what matters most to you.
We can offer support and guidance for things like:
- Long-Term Health: Finding support for conditions like diabetes, dementia, cancer, or struggles with mental health.
- Paperwork and Forms: Helping you fill out important documents like benefits or housing forms.
- Finding Local Help: Referring you to other excellent services in the area that can offer you practical or emotional support.
- Just a Chat: Being a friendly, welcoming ear if you just need to pop in and talk about how you are feeling.
Our Free Activities and Groups
We believe in the power of meeting new people and sharing experiences! The best part? These groups and activities are completely free and open to anyone living in Blyth aged 12 and above.
Come and join us for activities like:
