📢 Important Update: Online Appointment Booking Restored
Great news — the issue affecting appointment bookings through the NHS App has now been resolved.
Previously, some patients were seeing a message saying “This appointment slot has already been booked”, even though the appointment had actually gone through. This led to confusion and duplicate bookings, so we temporarily switched off online appointment booking while the problem was investigated.
✅ Online appointment booking is now back up and running as normal.
You can once again book appointments through the NHS App with no issues.
