We know that scheduling appointments can sometimes be a challenge, and we want to ensure our clinic hours work for your life. That’s why we’re asking for your direct input on our current operations and potential adjustments.
The form includes questions about:
- Your satisfaction with our current opening timings (8:00 am – 6:30 pm).
- How well our current hours fit your personal schedule.
- The helpfulness of our extended hours (07:00 AM – 08:00 AM / 06:30PM – 08:00PM) for scheduling appointments around work or personal commitments.
- Your preferences for potential small adjustments, such as keeping the same hours, offering more earlier appointments, staying open a little later, or continuing to offer weekend slots.
